“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration." And I agree, this is exactly what I do and that leads us straight into Reality Reflection.
"The quality of being lifelike."
Have you ever noticed that sometimes you wake up feeling amazing and then EVERYTHING that day goes well. You get everything done on your list, have loads of creative ideas, are recognised at work for your contribution, your kids act like angels, your partner gets home from work early and you cook the most delicious and inspired meal EVER. It's a GREAT day. Then there are the other days where... egh. "I can't be arsed to get up", "just 10 more minutes in bed" leads to being late for work, told off by your boss, getting the figures wrong on a spreadsheet, being cut up on the road or having to wait at all the red traffic lights, the supermarket being out of milk when you've got none in the
fridge... and on and on. It's a BAD day.
Or perhaps it's a GREAT day and then someone says something, does something or you read something which leads to you feeling angry, upset or hurt (or something along those lines) and then EVERYTHING goes wrong from there. The rest of the day is 'RUINED'. Why is this? Why can things change so quickly? What is this showing you?
Could it be that how you feel changes the way you experience the world?
Could it be that how you feel can change your day from a good day to a bad day?
Is it that your reality (what you see and experience) changes with your mood?
[Perhaps mood rings are so stupid afterall ;-) ]
Or that you CAN decide what shows up in your day?
Is it that reality reflects your mood?
Could 'reality' be a reflection of you?
So, if reality is a reflection of you, how does that help you?
Well, if reality IS a reflection of you (which it is) then it means that you have the power to change and create the reality reflection that you actually want. For example, instead of having a boss you don't get on with you can change your reality reflection to show you a boss you really get on with, that makes you feel valued and that gives you a pay rise. But... how is this possible?
Focusing on clearing the 'negative' feelings that are brought up by the situation (the boss, for example) is the key. These 'negative' feelings sit as magnets in your body and attract situations to you that match them. If your boss makes you feel angry or overwhelmed or unable to express yourself it's these frequencies, or emotions, that we work on. It is these feelings in your body that are attracting the situation; and probably many more in your life. It also probably won't be the first time in your life that you have felt these feelings. So, maybe it's on repeat?
By clearing these feelings or frequencies it means that you can no longer feel these things at work. Your boss can no longer trigger the same reaction from you and perhaps work is even a breeze now. It means you can start to express yourself, think more clearly, get your work done quicker and feel happy doing it. It is impossible to have a boss you don't get on with anymore because you have changed the magnets inside of you. He or she has to treat you differently. It's possible that they could even leave all together or be taken off your team. Also be open to the fact that you might be offered a promotion or another opportunity too! I have seen this happen over and over again.
